My grandfather’s sleeping better today, thank God. Wakes up 10 to 15 minutes before having to sit up again, that is instead of none to 5 like the day before. I must say: his snores are the only snores I would love to hear. Ok, he’s up again.
I’ve been assigned by my mother to take care of my grandfather this evening until early morning tomorrow, and for the next couple of days more. Caring for the sick adult is no better than a little baby. Babies are cuter and more playful, a lot lighter to lift and carry wherever. I couldn’t even go out to take a drink for every five minutes he calls me to sit him up, make him stand and lie him down again. That is not to mention heating a piece of bread and making coffee, and making him pee every other time he stands. I will never appreciate this colder summer night as I’m sweating all over, but yes, patience, patience…
I got a lot of catching up to do in my life. Been taking things awfully slow during the past year or so. I’ve still to finish setting up my photography blog, BTL: Behind The Lens, my food blog, BLT: Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato, and my tech blog, LBT: La Blog Technologie, as well as my Web Standards blog. And, I should update all my WordPress Plugins, as well. That’s for my online life only. I’ve still my real life to think about. Gah. I can do this. *insert Plurk’s (gym) emoticon here*
Body’s been aching for 3 days already. When will I get used to this? LOL But, I guess this is good, right? If this won’t make me thinner, I guess nothing else would. I’m too lazy to do routine exercise, and I can’t eat any less than what I do now. Still, I’d try cutting down on sugar and rice. Hopefully in ten years, I’d get back to my normal weight category. Haha… Wish me luck!
Wii system I mentioned arrived yesterday… err… make that two days ago since it’s already past midnight. Yay!

Thanks to MM, I’ve been watching movie “reruns,” again. Just finished Just Married this early morning, and Love on a Diet a couple of days ago. Quite mushy movies if you ask me. Maybe not as romantically deep as dramas, but rom-coms (as what I call romantic-comedies) are hands down better in making my heart skip a beat. I guess I’m now officially… a hopeless romantic. *insert Plurk’s (doh) emoticon here*

I can’t think of anything other than my father’s voice that could wake me up so easily. That is, before my sister started screaming the Wii’s here
over and over again. I jumped out of my bed—not a usual thing to see as I usually crawl and drag myself to get up—and rushed to the telephone to hear the news from my aunt with my own ears. The box from the US I’ve waited so long to fill has finally arrived at their home. I can’t wait to get it tomorrow. *insert Plurk’s (hungry) emoticon here*
And… bag! My Crumpler 5 Million Dollar Home arrived with it as well. I’d get to wash my old school-bag-turned-camera-bag at last. And the hassle of wrapping the camera with bubble wrap is no more! *insert Plurk’s (woot) emoticon here*
